It’s with a heavy heart that we have shuttered Pizza Quest until such time as we can feasibly get back in the kitchen. Chef Nick’s accident and recovery have been tough and there is still a long road of healing ahead. We appreciate your support and patronage through the good times and the hard.
Chewie designed the Pizza Quest 16″ pizzas to be chewy, crunchy and flavorful after a 2-day fermentation process. Then he crafted his Top Secret Red Sauce by blending premium tomatoes with fresh herbs and spices. All ingredients are of the upmost quality and sourced locally when possible.
